Cancellation Policy
All deposit are refundable, if notified within 48 hours of your appointment.
Your deposit is added towards your remaining balance.
If you no call no show or cancel day of then your deposit will not be refunded, a cancellation fee of 20% will be charged and you will have to book another appointment.
I am very understanding of last minute Emergencies; so please do not be afraid to communicate with me if something does occur but it will be one time only.
